Frances E. (Gosnell) Priest, 86, of Carmel, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2010 at Carmel Care Health and Living Center.
Frances was born in Columbus, Ohio on December 16, 1923, the daughter of Clyde W. and Emma Ethel (Sampson) Gosnell.
She served in the U.S. Navy, and was employed as an admitting clerk at Wishard Hospital, retiring after 25 years in 1989.
Frances is survived by her daughter Linda (Tim) Carlson, Carmel; and grandsons Michael (Katie), Christopher (Brooke), David, and Todd.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George James Priest, Sr., and her son, George James Priest, Jr., in February 1994.
Services were held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Carmel, with inurnment at Washington Park East, Indianapolis.
